Products from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Products from our warehouses outside of the US will be shipped by either ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size.
We are proud to provide shipping service to most places in the world. However, due to security reasons, we cannot deliver shipments to any military area. Neither do we ship to South Africa and some countries in Latin America, as the local carriers have been proven to be unreliable and cause failed deliveries or shipment time takes way too long.

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
